Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our large-scale infrastructure and earthworks projects within the NEOM development region. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) standards meet our zero-loss-time safety goals.

Key Responsibilities * Manage multi-disciplinary teams across site preparation and structural grading. * Ensure all construction activities comply with Saudi Aramco and NEOM quality standards. * Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure strict adherence to project timelines. * Lead regular stakeholder meetings and provide detailed progress reports to executive leadership.

Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * 12+ years of experience in heavy construction or infrastructure. * Proven track record with “Mega Projects” in Saudi Arabia. * PMP Certification is highly preferred.
